This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data gathered when you use the Cleanup Kit: Storage Cleaner mobile application (referred to as the "App") and the services made available through it (collectively, the "Service"). It also explains how that data is used and, where applicable, with whom it may be shared.
Throughout this document, the term "personal information" refers to any information that can identify, relate to, describe, or be reasonably associated with you or your household.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be published on this page, so we recommend checking back from time to time to stay informed of our current practices.
By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that (I) you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy, and (II) you are at least 16 years of age, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted this policy on your behalf. If you are unable to agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately, contact us to request removal of your data, and uninstall the App from your device.
"GDPR" refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 adopted by the European Parliament and Council on 27 April 2016.
"EEA" encompasses all current member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
"Process", when used in relation to personal data, means to collect, store, or disclose that data to other parties.
The controller responsible for your personal data is Attiq Iqbal. If you have any questions or concerns about how your data is handled, you are welcome to get in touch at attiq.ios.developer@gmail.com.
Some information is shared with us directly by you — for instance, when you reach out to our support team. A limited amount of data is also gathered automatically to keep the App running smoothly and to help us identify and fix issues.
If you get in touch with us for support or general inquiries, we may ask for your name and email address. This information is used exclusively to communicate with you and resolve your request — nothing more.
To function properly, the App needs permission to access your device's photo library. You will be prompted to grant this access, and it is entirely your choice to do so. Critically, no photos or media are ever uploaded to our servers — everything stays on your device.
When you reach out to us for help, you may choose to share your email, screenshots, or other relevant details. This information is used solely to address your inquiry.
We may collect basic technical details from your device, including your IP address, language preferences, time zone, device type and model, operating system, and internet service provider. This helps us maintain compatibility and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
We may log general usage signals — such as crash reports or feature interaction patterns — to help us understand how the App performs and where it can be improved.
If you set up a PIN, Face ID, or Touch ID to secure your vault, those credentials are managed entirely by your device's operating system. They are never transmitted to us or stored on any external server.
Where the App includes AI-powered features such as photo sorting or enhancement, all of that processing takes place directly on your device. We do not send any photos, media, or personal content to external AI services or third-party providers. Your data is never used to train machine learning models.
Your data enables us to provide the App's functionality, maintain its stability, and resolve any technical problems that may occur. All media stored within the vault is kept locally on your device and protected using iOS's built-in encryption.
When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, assist with technical issues, and keep you informed about anything relevant to your request or the Service.
From time to time, we may send push notifications to let you know about new features, important updates, or relevant reminders. You can turn off push notifications at any time through your device's settings.
Anonymized and aggregated usage data helps us understand how people interact with the App. This informs our decisions about which features to enhance, what to fix, and where to focus future development efforts.
We may use data to uphold our Terms and Conditions, detect misuse or unauthorized access, and protect the integrity of the Service for all users.
In certain circumstances, we may be required to process or share your data to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests from government or law enforcement agencies.
This section is relevant only if you are located in the EEA. It outlines the legal grounds we rely on when processing your personal data, as required under the GDPR.
4.1. Your consent — for activities where you have explicitly agreed to our use of your data.
4.2. Contractual necessity — to fulfill our obligations to you under our Terms and Conditions, which includes:
4.3. Legitimate interests — where we have a valid reason that does not override your rights, such as:
If we rely on legitimate interests as our basis for processing, you have the right to object. In that case, we will stop processing unless we have compelling reasons to continue or a legal obligation to do so. Please refer to Section 6 for details on how to raise an objection.
4.4. Legal obligations — where we are required to process data by law, including in response to requests from public authorities or law enforcement.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Any sharing of data with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
We may engage trusted third-party providers to support our operations, including:
All such providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your data secure and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
We may disclose personal data to courts, law enforcement bodies, government agencies, or other public authorities when required to do so by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the general public.
In the event that our business is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to a new owner, user data may be included among the transferred assets. We will take reasonable steps to inform you if such a change occurs and how your data will be handled going forward.
You retain meaningful control over your personal data. Specifically, you have the right to:
If you are based in the EEA, you also have the right to:
All privacy-related requests can be submitted by email to attiq.ios.developer@gmail.com.
This App is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please refrain from using the App or submitting any personal information through it.
If you become aware that a child under 16 has shared personal data with us, please notify us promptly at attiq.ios.developer@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
On occasion, personal data may need to be transferred to countries outside of where it was originally collected. Where those countries do not offer the same level of data protection, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission — to ensure your data remains adequately protected throughout.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or through other reasonable means, giving you the chance to review the updated terms. Your continued use of the Service following any such update will be treated as acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
This section is directed at residents of U.S. states that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy legislation, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. It supplements our broader Privacy Policy and is intended to satisfy state-specific disclosure requirements.
For California residents, this section also functions as our California Notice at Collection.

Depending on your state of residence, you may be entitled to one or more of the following rights:
To submit a request under any of these rights, email us at attiq.ios.developer@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not knowingly sell, share, or use the personal information of users under the age of 18 for targeted advertising. If you wish to opt out of any data-sharing practices that may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under your state's law, please contact us at attiq.ios.developer@gmail.com.
Under California's Shine the Light law, California residents may request — once per calendar year — information about any personal data we have shared with third parties for those parties' own direct marketing purposes. To submit such a request, email us at attiq.ios.developer@gmail.com with "Request for California Privacy Information" in the subject line, along with your state of residence.
Because the App stores all photos and media locally on your device, we do not hold copies of your content on any external server. If you uninstall the App, your locally stored vault data will be removed in accordance with your device's operating system policies.
Any personal information we do hold — such as support correspondence — is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In cases where data becomes relevant to a legal proceeding, it may be retained for a longer period as required.
We are always happy to address questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or about the way your personal data is handled. You can reach us at any time:
